Frequently Asked Questions
Why is no battery percentage displayed?
BM360 Pro uses an independent battery level algorithm. After connecting the device to the battery, wait about 30 minutes, disconnect Bluetooth, and reconnect to see the averaged battery level.
Bluetooth cannot connect or reconnect.
Keep the BM360 device powered, turn on Bluetooth permissions, then restart the app and scan again. If the device was paired with another phone, disconnect it there first.
Location is not shown on Find Car.
Please allow location permission for BM360 Pro. Device location is recorded only when valid location data is available.
